Sanquin
At the end of 2022, we started a journey with Sanquin. "We received a sample from Sokkies that they had sent. This was reason for us to knock on their door for the socks," says Claudia van der Pijl (Sanquin Communications).
A zip of ideas and designs have passed by. The aim: to combine the new corporate identity with a timeless, unisex design. Pelle the Pelican combined with the new colours to create a unique one. Together with Sanquin, test samples were made, the right yarn was chosen and the label was designed.
Claudia: "The contact with Sokkies has been very pleasant. Mike is very precise and meticulous, very nice to work with." They also like the socks: "The design turned out very nice. Personally, I find them very comfortable. They have only been in our range as a donor value since a week, so I expect posts on social media soon."
The socks are well liked, as we are now working on a second round of production.
Claudia concludes, "An excellent cooperation with quick handling of questions and fine help with the design. I would definitely recommend Sokkies!"
We also signed ourselves up as donors and the first blood collection was of course attended in style. 🩸
