We are getting more and more demand from all over the world. This is why we are launching sokkies.com and its accompanying English-language website for our overseas friends.
Greetings from The Netherlands!
Opening of own factory
After months of preparation, our own factory was opened in China. A full-scale production where only Sokkies are made.
Thanks to our own people and machines, we can guarantee quality and speed.
Across the border
Our southern neighbours can now also enjoy custom socks to the full. Sokkies.co.uk gets a sister in the form of Sokkies.be!
Our own machines
We have been working with various suppliers in countries including Portugal, Turkey and China for years. Time to take matters into our own hands. We purchase our first own machines.
5 years of Sokkies
Hands (and feet) together, we are 5 years old. Big celebration for us, but also for our customers: they all get a present in the form of a free pair!
100,000 pairs
In 2020, they really started to pop. Because of the focus on quality and service, more and more (large) companies knocked on our door. We tapped our first milestone: 100,000 pairs of socks produced!
Socks for business
Until we were approached by a friend's company in 2019 asking, "Can you also make socks for our staff?"
After several design rounds to get the design sleek, we had our socks printed for the company. With success. This tasted like more, so we started focusing more and more on companies. We were on a mission: more colour on feet in the Netherlands.
A first idea...
In 2016, we came up with the idea of developing a sock subscription for individuals. Unique in the Netherlands at the time and a gap in the market (at least, that's what we thought). So initially, the focus was on the consumer market, in the form of a subscription for socks.
With a select group, new designs were conceived, designed and produced every month. Within no time, we had enthusiastic customers receiving a pair of socks in their letterbox every month.

A question we have to ask ourselves regularly. We work hard to make the most beautiful socks for our customers, with a conscious eye for our people and the planet.
